This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who else handles it.

What we collect and why
- Orders. Your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and the items you order, so we can make your order, ship it or have it ready for pickup, contact you about it, and keep our sales and tax records.
- Your artwork and designs. Logos, images and text you upload or create in the product designer, the gang sheet builder or the quote form, so we can produce your order or prepare your quote.
- Quote and contact requests. The name, email, phone number, message and files you send through the quote form, so we can reply.
- Live chat. Your email address and your messages, saved on this website so we can answer you, including by email.
- Unfinished checkouts. If you start checkout and enter your email but do not place the order, the email and cart you entered are saved on this website.
- Saved designs and carts. If you ask us to email you a link to a saved design or cart, we use your email address to send it.
- Who is browsing right now. While you browse, this website records an anonymous visitor number stored in your browser, the page you are on and how many items are in your cart, so we can see when someone may need help and offer to chat. These records are short lived and removed automatically.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Square. You enter your card details in Square’s secure payment form; this website does not receive or store your full card number.
Who else handles your information
- Square, to process your payment.
- The shipping carrier that delivers your order, which receives your name and shipping address.
- Build a Gang Sheet (Drip Apps), which runs our gang sheet builder and handles the files you upload there.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Cookies and browser storage
- Needed for the store to work: your cart, checkout and account login, your cookie choice, your light or dark theme choice, and your live chat conversation.
- Analytics: only if you choose Accept on the cookie notice. Choose Decline and analytics stays off.

Saved carts and reminder emails
When you add products to your cart, we save the cart on our site so you can come back to it. If you give us your email address, for example by typing it at checkout, in a form or email field on our site, in our live chat, when creating an account, when writing a review or when using a coupon issued to your email, we may save it with the cart before you place your order.
Links in the emails we send you (orders, shipping and news) carry an encrypted code (cec_ref) that tells us the visit came from your email without showing your address. The code expires after a while and is removed from the address bar when the page opens. If your cart is empty at that moment, a first-party cookie (cec_eref) keeps the code until you add something, for up to two days.
If you leave without ordering, we may send you a few reminder emails with a link that restores your cart. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link. If you gave us your phone number, our team may also call you about your cart. Using your email to remind you about your cart does not sign you up for our newsletter or other marketing.
What we store: the products in your cart and their value, the email, name, phone and address you typed, the page language, whether you agreed to marketing email or phone contact, and when the cart was created, left and recovered. A first-party cookie (cec_vid) recognises your browser on later visits. Reminder emails contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. We do not buy or rent contact data.
Cart records are deleted 365 days after they were last updated. You can ask for a copy of this data or for it to be erased by writing to info@lioninkprint.com. When it is erased we keep the cart's value and dates for our sales figures, without contact details, and we keep your address on our do-not-email list if you unsubscribed, so you are never emailed again.
