Screen printing

Built for repeat designs and bigger runs.

Screen printing is the right method when the same design goes on a lot of garments: staff shirts, event tees, team hoodies, uniforms and merch.

Send the art, the garment and the quantity. We recommend the production method that fits your artwork, quantity and deadline.

  • $35 one-time set-up per new design
  • Priced by quantity, print locations and colors
  • Front, back and sleeve prints quoted per job

Screen printing or DTF?

Both make good custom apparel. Screen printing suits larger runs of the same artwork with a limited number of colors. DTF suits smaller quantities and detailed full-color art. We offer both, so we recommend the method that fits the job instead of forcing every order into one. For short runs and full-color art, see DTF gang sheets.

Questions

Screen Printing FAQ.

Not sure about a job? Call or text (561) 358-8925 and we will walk through it.

Is there a minimum order for screen printing?

Screen printing costs less per piece as the quantity goes up. Send your quantity and artwork and we will tell you whether screen printing or DTF is the better fit.

Can you print on the front, back and sleeves?

Yes. Each print location is quoted by the artwork, the number of colors and the garment.

Can you help with artwork?

Yes. Send the best file you have. We review it and tell you if it needs preparation before production. A new design has a one-time $35 set-up fee; designs already on file do not.

How long does a screen printing order take?

Standard orders ship anywhere in the U.S. in 4 to 7 business days. Local pickup in the West Palm Beach area is 3 business days. Tell us your date when you ask for a quote.
